Catherine, 34, has already finished filming her last scenes as Eva Price on Coronation Street.
The former blonde since died her hair brown to mark the end of an era.
She has been a favourite on the ITV soap for seven years but today announced her departure date.
Catherine appeared on Good Morning Britain today and spilled all.
She revealed: “So, I’m on screen until the start of August and there’s a lot crammed into that storyline.”
Catherine went on to praise Coronation Street’s handling of Aidan Connor’s (Shayne Ward) suicide earlier in the year.
She confessed: “It got a huge response and helped dave hundreds of thousands of lives.
“Calm and the Samaritans were two of the charities we worked with and what Kate Oates did with the storyline was phenomenal.”
It is currently unknown how exactly Eva will depart from Coronation Street, but it is thought there will be big drama with baby Susie to follow.
In a snap taken from the set, Carla (Alison King), Michelle (Kym Marsh) and Kate Connor (Faye Brookes) look solemn as they huddle together outside the court following Aidan’s (Shayne Ward) inquest.
Johnny and Jenny Connor (Sally Ann Matthews) are with the trio as the family struggle through the difficult time.
But is there more than meets the eye?
The Connor patriarch has been desperate to look after baby Susie since he found out Aidan was the infant’s father.
Eva Price (Catherine Tyldesley) gave Susie away to Toyah Battersby (Georgia Taylor) in a secret adoption ruse.
But ever since Johnny discovered the truth he’s wanted custody of the tot and he’s willing to go to desperate lengths.
Tuesday’s episode of the soap saw Susie injured when she rolled off a sofa under Eva’s care.
Johnny ended up calling Social Services when he heard about the incident and the pair had a fiery confrontation when he admitted he was behind the report.
She then vowed to end any contact between him and Susie as she threatened: “You’re never going to see your grandchild again.”
Eva star Catherine has wrapped up filming on the series and the inquest and ongoing custody battle will all be in the lead up to her exit.
So will she be leaving with her baby?
And is baby Susie even Aidan’s?
Spoiler pictures for upcoming scenes suggested there would be a paternity question looming over the family as Adam Barlow (Sam Robertson) wonders if he is the real father.
Coronation Street continues tomorrow night on ITV at 7.30pm and 8.30pm.
