Princess Eugenie is clearly on a mission to lose weight before her wedding.
The royal bride-to-be’s weight loss is clear in recent photos where she looks slim and toned.
Pictured next to fiance Jack Brooksbank last month, she looked fantastic at the Serpentine Summer Party 2018.
She showed off her toned and lean arms in a black and purple jumpsuit.
Daria Kantor, the founder and CEO of TruBe, told Express.co.uk: “Princess Eugenie seems to have lost weight in a healthy fashion. Her skin is glowing, she looks fitter and more toned – she’s clearly put the work in.”
Back in January, an expert estimated she had lost a stone, but she appears to have lost even more now.
Everyone Active personal trainer David Klein told the Daily Mail Eugenie looked like she had lost “about five to seven kilograms of fat” based on the change in her body.
So how did she lose the weight? Princess Eugenie revealed her gruelling fitness regime earlier this year.
“I get up around 6:45 to start exercising by 7,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. “I go to the park from 7 to 8. I do circuits, which I love because they’re quick: burpees, squat jumps, lunges, the whole lot.”
“It’s much better, as I can’t run for a long time. Or I go with my best friend to this amazing, women-only gym called Grace Belgravia.”
Eugenie also sticks to low calorie drinks throughout the day to keep her weight down.
“During the day I drink everything from green tea to coffee, Diet Coke to fizzy water,” she told the publication.
Even her alcoholic drinks are as low calorie as possible – she favours slimline vodka soda.
“My favourite drink is vodka soda with loads of lime. Can’t beat that.”
Princess Eugenie is not the only royal to lose weight recently.
Kate Middleton achieved an incredible weight loss just months after she was pregnant with Prince Louis.
In pictures, the lithe 5 foot 10 inch royal clearly regained her slim figure after giving birth.
One Twitter user wrote: “How does Kate Middleton basically lose her baby weight immediately after giving birth and I’ll be six weeks into my summer fitness routine, still trying to lose my ‘I ate too many snacks whilst revising’ weight.”
So how has Kate lost weight? An expert has claimed that losing baby weight is largely down to genetics.
Laura Spicer of The Women’s Health Clinic told MailOnline: “Some women definitely can snap back into shape. It’s also got a lot to do with genetics, so if Mum recovered well you’re more likely to as well.”
